Class Descriptions

Gym Jam Walkers

This 40-minute program is specifically designed for parent/child interaction. Together you will explore the world of gymnastics through movement, music, and balance. Emphasis on development of coordination and motor skills. For children 9 months - 2 years.

Gym Jam Mini Stars 

This 40-minute program is specifically designed for child interaction. Together you will explore the world of gymnastics through movement, music, and balance. Emphasis on development of coordination and motor skills. For children 3-6 years

Rising Stars

This one-hour, once a week, recreational program is for young beginners with a desire to learn gymnastics. Specific emphasis placed on improving tumbling, strength, increasing flexibility, skill development, and building self-esteem.  Girls 5 years & up.

Stars 

A 1 hour program for intermediate gymnast with a desire to learn gymnastics, the objective is specifically to improve tumbling, strength, increase flexibility, skill development and build self esteem. Must be able to do a bridge kick over and pull over on bars.  Progression from the Rising Stars Class.  Girls 5 years and up.

Advanced Stars

This advanced gymnastics class is designed for gymnasts ages 9 and up who have had previous training in gymnastics. Gymnasts are required to have a back walkover, kick to handstand on beam, handstand flat back on vault, pull over and back hip circle on bars, and should be ready to work on back handsprings. Classes are 1 1/2 hours long and may be attended once or twice a week.

Hot Shot Mini/ Hot Shots/ Hot Shot Advanced INVITE ONLY

Developmental program for gymnast with a desire to compete in the future, the objective is specifically to improve gymnastics skills, increase strength & flexibility, skill development with USA Gymnastics routines in mind and build team spirit. Invite only. A 1.5  hour program, once, or twice a week for ages 4--8. Invite only.

Shooting Stars 

A 40 minutes once a week recreational beginner program for boys with a desire to learn gymnastics, the objective is specifically to improve strength, increase flexibility, skill development and build self esteem. Boys 5 years and up.

Big Stars

A 1 hour once a week recreational intermediate and advanced program for boys with a desire to learn gymnastics, the objective is specifically to improve strength, increase flexibility, skill development and build self esteem. Boys 5 years and up.

Ninja Stars: 

A 1 hour once a week recreational program is for young beginners with a desire to learn the basics of becoming a modern day Ninja.   Specific emphasis placed on improving ninja vision, agility, enhance speed, reflexes, strength and flexibility.
