ABC's Gymnastics Stars has a complete range of instruction from beginners through advanced gymnastics based on age ands skill level. Verbal assessment will initially place your child at an entry level.

Summer Pricing: $140.00 1 hour Class and 1&1/2 class $210 registar before May 20th registration fee of $25 will be waived. Walk-ins $22.00 per class $32 for 11/2 class. Make-up are only allowed during the summer session.

iconGymJam Walkers: 9 months-3 years (Fall/Spring Schedule)

This 40-minute program is specifically designed for parent/child interaction. Together you will explore the world of gymnastics through movement, music, and balance. Emphasis on development of coordination and motor skills. For children 9 months - 2 years.

iconGymJam Mini-Stars: 3-4 years (Fall/Spring Schedule)

This 40-minute program is for children ages 3-4 who are able to follow basic instructions such as standing in line. Designed to refine motor skills, learn the basics, and help develop coordination and socialization skills.

iconRising Stars - Beginner Girls (Fall/Spring Schedule)

This one-hour, once a week, recreational program is for young beginners with a desire to learn gymnastics. Specific emphasis placed on improving tumbling, strength, increasing flexibility, skill development, and building self-esteem.  Girls 5 years & up.

iconStars - Intermediate Girls (Fall/Spring Schedule)

A 1 hour program for intermediate gymnast with a desire to learn gymnastics, the objective is specifically to improve tumbling, strength, increase flexibility, skill development and build self esteem. Must be able to do a bridge kick over and pull over on bars.  Progression from the Rising Stars Class.  Girls 5 years and up.

iconShooting Stars - Beginner Boys (Fall/Spring Schedule)

A 1 hour once a week recreational beginner program for boys with a desire to learn gymnastics, the objective is specifically to improve strength, increase flexibility, skill development and build self esteem. Boys 5 years and up.

iconBig Stars - Intermediate Boys (Fall/Spring Schedule)

iconAdvanced Stars (Fall/Spring Schedule)

This advanced gymnastics class is designed for gymnasts ages 9 and up who have had previous training in gymnastics. Gymnasts are required to have a back walkover, kick to handstand on beam, handstand flat back on vault, pull over and back hip circle on bars, and should be ready to work on back handsprings.

Classes are 1 1/2 hours long and may be attended once or twice a week.

iconSuper Stars (Fall/Spring Schedule)

 Designed for gymnast age 9 and up who have had advance training in gymnastics. Must have a back Handspring, Cartwheel & kick to handstand on beam, handstand flat back on Vault,Front  hip circle on bars. Working on round off back handsprings & back tuckes. Advance 1 1/2 hour class available once or twice a week.

Developmental program for gymnast with a desire to compete in the future, the objective is specifically to improve gymnastics skills, increase strength & flexibility, skill development with USA Gymnastics routines in mind and build team spirit. Invite only. A 1  hour program twice a week for ages 4--8. Invite only.

 

iconMiddle School Team Prep Opt

 Designed to prepare for High School gymnastics. Gymnast can compete against their local towns East Lyme, Waterford , Old Lyme, Montville. AAU gymnast meets will be offered. For gymnast ages 11-16 gymnast does not have to compete.

iconA & B Tumbling Fall 2013

Design to improve tumbling on Floor.   A Tumbling is for the advance tumbler with the desire to learn back flips & twisting.  B Tumbling is for beginner tumbler who desire to learn a back handspring.

iconCompetitive Programs Levels 1-10

 Designed to prepare the competitive gymnast for high level competitions. USA Gymnastics & AAU Gymnastics.
